HBW... bokeh love... before and after

HBW....
that's flickr language for happy bokeh wednesday
:)
bokeh is, according to 'giantprint.com'
(derived from Japanese word "boke", meaning 'blur') - In photography, refers to the creative use of lens blur as a composition technique. The aim of bokeh is to deliberately blur the background or foreground (or both) in order to draw the viewer's attention to a particular area of the photo.

anyhow, i could not resist taking another pic of the lovely lilacs down the lane.
their days are running short...
'sigh'

i used 'frosted' from my baker's dozen texture collection to process this.
simply mouse over to check out the before...
which is lovely too...
lilacs truly are AMAZING.

.....

before i sign off...

i hope you will pop back tomorrow....
i'm so excited to have another guest poster...sharing her
'perfect day'....
who is it?  you ask...
should i keep it a secret?
hmmmm... that's a tough one..

oh what the heck...

it's the lovely christina from soul aperture....

'sigh'
such a blessing....

I love Christina, can't wait!

Your lilacs are beautiful both ways, that is for sure! I have so much to learn. I am saving now for Photoshop Element and will start taking your class when I get it.
