saying hi

hello my lovely friends,

how are you?  i'm sorry i've been a little quiet here this week. 

i'm afraid i'm SICK.  gosh it's a pain....

i don't do sick... i don't get sick...  well at least i don't usually get sick. 

but last week bryce had a really rotten virus, and as we laid on the bed watching tv and he hacked away

 i thought to myself... yikes, i better not get this!! 

darn.... 

brett also had the same bug.  john is still holding strong.  i'm really hoping he misses it. 

anyhow, yesterday was my birthday and i spent it in bed feeling very sorry for myself. 

how pathetic is that?

ugh.... lol....

but ENOUGH! i say ENOUGH!!

tomorrow is a new day.  'sigh'

so, everything i had planned for this past week has been bumped to this upcoming week. 

but perhaps my body is trying to tell me something...

like get more rest, take better care... you can't work all the time...

stuff like that...

hmmmmmmm...

so i guess if i want to put this behind me...

i must start taking better care.

so as for up & coming....

i'm so excited to tell you all about my new eCourse... second.gear photoshop ~ the art of textures...

it's going to be FABULOUS!!  stay tuned.

plus i must share with you about my feature in the summer issue of artful blogging.
