Texture Tuesday - Colour eDition

Dear friends,

Welcome to another Texture Tuesday. Thanks for stopping by....and sharing your beautiful textured art!

This weeks theme - Colour

Next TT theme ....Tuesday, March 25th

Whatever your interpretation may be.... simply share a textured image that says 'quiet' to you.....

Please KNOW everyone is welcome.... new to textures... just starting... don't be shy.... you are amongst friends......

Oh... before I forget... the from above submissions last week were AMAZING....

How are you, my friends? I hope well......

A quick post today.....

A final shoot with last weeks tulips.... farewell lovely ladies.....

Quick Recipe

Processed in LR using my preset... kk_TrueGrit...then into PS.

I did a little spot healing/cloning on the dropcloth in Photoshop.

I used one layer of Waterfront 4 and one layer of Waterfront 10... both at soft light at 56% opacity.... slightly masked off the table in the second image.....

Finally I added the quote.... and that was that.....

p.s. S2F students more on today's photos in an upcoming class.....

Happy TT friends.... Link away....

with gratitude.....

This made me smile really big, good one. I thought what colon? Then I saw it anyone who has had one knows exactly and I have had 4 to this date and glad to have had them as my two brothers died of this disease and my husband. So thankful for this test and the life it can save. Your image is so fun but spreads a good message.

Lovely... and quiet, all in one :-) I think this edit would fit next weeks theme, so I'm excited to see what you come up with.

Truly stunning image Kim. So delicate. I love photographing spent flowers, especially tulips! Your font is awesome with this. Could you tell me the name of it? Thanks so much for the inspiration.
