Applied a VSCO FILM 05 preset - Agfa Vista 800 ...slightly reduced grain.

Then into photoshop....

In photoshop I added kk_simple at soft light 100%... masked approximately 50% off the fabric and cup.

and that was that.....

Kim, You are an amazing woman . . . so much inspiration in a single person. Today's photos, with the pop of blue and dreamy whites, are lovely and add to your growing and varied portfolio. I love that you find such beauty in the decay of roses, and your vision enhances my own. Please know that we continue to pray for John. This time after his transplant is trying . . . but medical treatments keep evolving and answers are forthcoming. I look forward to the day when you write that he is feeling fit and fine.

Love your fabulous throws and china. I have happy childhood memories because my Mother collected china. Love the richness of the after photo. Thank you for these awesome and varied textures.

My prayers are continuous for you and your family. I can sympathize because I had to go through strong steroid and chemo therapy. All things are possible. My prognosis in 08 was dire, but through prayers and excellent specialists, I am still here today recuperating. How many people can say they are a recuperating quadriplegic? I know what God can do, and he will do the same for you and your family. My specialists considered me their 79-year young miracle. My mantra--"His eyes is on the sparrow; and, I know he watches me."

May 6, 2014 | Unregistered CommenterCarolyn shivers and goosebumps and BELIEF!!! Yesterday I was organizing all of my KK textures collections so that they would more accessible (I'd dumped them all into one big folder) and realized that I didn't have every one :( So I bought the Waterfront collection and looked at the studio collection but just sighed and decided I'd have to wait a few months to purchase it...AND TODAY IT'S MINE ALL MINE as a TK member!!! I hope everyone realizes what an incredible thing being a member of your Test Kitchen really is...I waited 18 months to join but I'm ever so ever glad I did! And not just because of this offer but all of those that have come before!

Thinking of you and John daily...hoping he's continuing to improve and that they may finally have a handle on all of these niggely little problems he's had to face. ...from Jersey with LOVE :)
May 6, 2014 | Unregistered CommenterCat Sadowski prayers for John's speedy and complete recovery! Second....what a beautiful color with your white! I do love the scene, the similarity of patterns in the cloth and the cup.
