Next Tuesdays theme honor of February.... is

LOVE....  simply love.....

Hello February...

Here we are... one month into 2014....already.....  Oh my..... I definitely have some catching up to do......

How are you dear friends? I hope well.....

Oh my.....It's almost 10pm... I had the greatest of intentions for today.... 'sigh'....

The truth is....this re-entry thing is TOUGH stuff...... much harder than I imagined. But rather than beat myself up... I'm going to hold tight to these words.....One day at a time.

Nothing is so strong as gentleness, nothing so gentle as real strength.

Beautiful.... don't you think?

Today's Recipe

Main edits in Lightroom then into photoshop to add 2 layers of the latest TK texture hsh. One layer at multiply 20% and another at soft light 100%.

Your photos today truly are gentle Kim! I know the feeling too. The winter is pressing on, longer than we are used to, and I'm hibernating now! Have a wonderful week! Thanks so much!

Hi KIm! Just used the new linkup for the images today but didn't get my name under the thumbnail. A small video when you have time would be much appreciated to show me how to do this? (Preferred the old method!)

Yes, definitely a beautiful quote and I don't need to tell you how beautiful your image and processing is. I ventured out in the snow this morning and found an amazing quirk of nature. I need to get out there before we get hit with another snow storm headed our way.
Hope things are getting better for you day by day and all will be well!

Kim, Re-entry to "regular" life after a health crisis is challenging. Please give yourself permission to do only those things that bring you joy and are good for you. Spend your time healing. Pick one goal and concentrate on the one thing. Don't expect too much of yourself. You only need to be you - and we love you for every breath. Donna

Kim, I've been wanting to try my hand at the textures now that things have slowed down. Of course you'll say go for it! And I think I will. It's nice to see things getting back to 'normal' for us both. You've created such a lovely oasis. It's my hope that we'll continue to be blessed by your creativity and your spirit. I hope the week to come is pleasant for you both. xx Sarah
