Texture Tuesday - Yellow eDition

mouse over to see the original image

Dear friends,

Welcome to another Texture Tuesday. Thanks for stopping by....and sharing your beautiful textured art!

This weeks theme - Yellow

Simply share a favourite image processed with any of my textures....

Next weeks theme ....Tuesday, May 20th

black & white.....

Today's Image Recipe - same recipe on both photos, just different natural light.

Processed in LR.

First a 4 x 5 crop, then a quick auto tone. Next I applied my preset kk_melancholy. Click HERE to download the preset.

After I applied the preset I turned off the split toning.

Then into photoshop....

In photoshop I added kk_simple at soft light 66%...and another layer at hard light 27% opacity. I masked the texture off the callalillies.

and that was that.....

Happy TT.... Sweet friends.....Link away....

with gratitude.....forever...always....

What beautiful calla lilies! I don't believe I've ever seen yellow ones. The vase is such a perfect container, too.

I love your composition with the vase of lilies on the chair and the complementary scarf hanging. I downloaded the preset and look forward to using it. I got Lightroom 5 two weeks ago and am loving it already. Have a good week.

Kim, What a wonderful composition with the lilies in the vase, the scarf, and the door handle - makes for a beautiful triangle for my eye to follow through and around your photograph. Thank you for sharing the LR preset, too!
